As of now we are shipping all the products all across India. We are working hard to upgrade our software to facilitate with International shipping options for our customers. |
4. How much does shipping cost? |

As of now shipping cost is totally free for India delivery. We may charge shipping for International deliveries based on the product and its weight. |
5. What are my payment options? |

You may use major credit cards, debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard. As of now we are offering with PayPal payments options. We are working very hard to avail more payments options with other international credit cards; net banking very soon. Please note: The billing address you enter during checkout should match the billing address on the statement of the credit or debit card used for payment. If these addresses differ, there may be a delay in processing your order. |
6. Do I need to register new PayPal account to make payment, if I don't have one? |

NO, not at all! You don't need to register with new PayPal account if you don't have one. When you click on the "Confirm Payment" during ordering, you'll be taken to a page, which will show you a form with billing details, where you can enter your credit card details without having to create a PayPal account. |
7. How long will it take to process my order? |

Orders placed on OnlineGiftIndia.com for in-stock products are typically processed & shipped within 3-5-business day for all courier range products. Please note: The billing address you enter during checkout should match the billing address on the statement of the credit or debit card used for payment. If these addresses differ, there may be a delay in processing your order. |

It depends on the product you choose and the deliverable city; based on this usually it takes around 3-5 business days transit time for all major cities. |

10. What sort of order confirmation will I receive? |

Once you place an order at the end of the checkout process, we will confirm your transaction with an order number.We recommend that you print or save a copy of this page for your future records. We'll also send you an order confirmation by email. We will keep you updated with the order status. |
11. Can I cancel my order? |

Because we attempt to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may cancel your order. NO, sorry for time being this feature is not available with us. Orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you. We are working hard to activate this feature. |

16. Is there any minimum and maximum purchase that can be made in OnlineGiftIndia.com? |

No, there is no minimum or maximum requirement either. However, just for your own safety against misuse of the credit card information, we may ask for additional details/proof before shipment. |
17. Is delivery of gifts/products possible on Holidays & Sundays? |

Delivery is not possible on Sundays & public Holidays in India through courier. Deliveries will be made on working days only. In case of flowers/cakes (express products - we are going to launch soon) and a few select items, efforts are made to deliver even on Sundays and public holidays in India. But we don't commit on assured delivery on these days. |
18. Can you guarantee the date of delivery? |

We take all possible efforts to deliver the gifts/products on right time/day. But sometimes, we run out of stock of the ordered items, delivery might be getting delayed. But be assured, such conditions occur very rarely. Note: For assured delivery on the specified date, please place order well in advance, we will dispatch the same through one of the leading logistic partners in India. |
