Shipping and Returns
At OnlineGiftIndia.com your satisfaction is our only goal. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 022-67439101 - Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. IST, so that we can promptly resolve it for you.
Below are important policies to refer just for your convenience.
Refund Policy:
Under the following circumstances, refund of money is possible. The due amount will be charged back to the originating account. All refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 10 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank and not by us.
- We offer full refund, in case an order is not fulfilled, although this is very rare.
- We are not able to deliver your orders due to the products out of stock.
- Cancellation of the order. Please see Order Cancellation Policy below.
Cancelation Policy:
For orders need to be cancel please note the following:
- To cancel an order you must email us five days in advance before date of delivery, otherwise it is not possible to cancel the order anymore.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been reserved, designed or are shipped.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been attempted for delivery and cannot be completed because recipient is unavailable. We may charge for re-delivery attempt if requested by sender.
- Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.
- For cake/flowers deliveries and items that require reservations, please kindly note that there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
- All transactions are final. We don't entertain any negotiations on price or product.
- We reserve the right to refuse service on any order that may contain bad language, insufficient or incorrect delivery details or do not comply with our policies.
- In addition, all orders that fail our strict validation process will be automatically canceled.
- We do not cancel perishable items once they are processed/shipped.
Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple, straight and hassle-free. You may return any item for a full value on the item purchase price - excluding shipping & handling charges, as long as the product is in its original condition and must not be removed from its original packaging. Return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your orders through email or call; else we are not responsible for any return/exchange of products.
Note: We are unable to accept returns on perishable items.
Other Important points to read on: - All products are checked, designed and assured by all our vendors to ensure that products are of the standard, good quality, design, style or that they are representative of.
- The prices & availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of OnlineGiftIndia.com.
- The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- OnlineGiftIndia.com shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered.
